Shipping for items OVER $100 is FREE inside the US! Shipping is $8.99 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. We will ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by USPS only.

We ship to Canada for an additional $25 for the first item and $5 for each item thereafter (insurance is INCLUDED) via USPS. Due to the high level of overseas fraud, we will only ship to the United States and Canada.

Our shipping time is usually 3-8 days (STATE-SIDE) and 6-10 days (CANADA) depending on how far you are located from the Outer Banks, NC area.

 

Canada:

There will be a $20 charge to exchange to Canada. TO AVOID THIS CHARGE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND KNOWING YOUR SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER(S). The box must ship in another box or wrapped in paper to prevent damage to the vendor shoe box (a $10 fee will be charged if vendor box is used as a shipping box). Include order number and reason for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanging items must be unworn and in original box with all tags, labels, and inserts. The box must ship in another box or wrapped in paper to prevent damage to the vendor shoe box (a $10 fee will be charged if vendor box is used as a shipping box). Include order number and exchange information. We will be happy to exchange the first pair One (1) Time for $7.95 which means you ship them back to us and we will ship you out another pair for a $7.95 shipping fee (USA ONLY!). Each additional time will cost the customer a $10 Shipping/Handling Charge. Include order number and reason for exchange.

Refunds: No refunds after 30 days, exchange or store credit only. Shipping charges (if any) are nonrefundable.
